This training program has a threefold purpose:
- Identify the individual and collective clarity and competence of leadership at every level of the organization
- Unveil the organizational systems that enhance as well as inhibit the operations for leaders at every level and department
- Utilize the individual and system evidence to plan individually and collectively for achieving leadership and organizational standards of excellence that support the mission, vision, and values of the organization
Strategy for this program is combining the expertise of three companies, including Onsomble, Elsevier and Healthcare Environment. OnSomble is the industry leader in measuring and teaching professional role competency of clinicians and leaders in healthcare through use of the enterprise level solution called OnRole™. Elsevier, an international content expert in leadership education and professional competency. Healthcare Environment (HCE), the frontrunner in healthcare analytics and data integration. Clarity and competence data collected by OnSomble and processes of work flow collected by Healthcare Environment is utilized by Elsevier to tailor the leadership workshop based on the results of leaders who responded to the assessments. The first half of the workshop is spent understanding concepts of leadership while the second half is spent action planning with leadership concepts in mind while considering the strengths and needs identified in the assessment. Action plans are targeted to refine both the individual leader and the work flow systems where the leader works.
